We are a small group of private investors who put funds together to invest in high quality and high yield First Trust Deed Loans (FTD).
All transactions are handled through a major title company such as First American Title, Chicago Title, Old Republic Title, etc.
Each investor's name is recorded in the county recorder's office as a lien holder at close of escrow.
Monthly interest is automatically deposited into each investor's bank account via ACH.
